BROTHER AND PARTNER :
Receive greetings from the men, women, children and elders of the EZLN. The comrades of the Zapatista support bases commissioned me to tell you the following:
particularly painful moment in our country, we are summoned by the cry that is synthesized in its brave words, the pain caused by the heinous murder of Juan Sicily Francisco Ortega, Jaime Luis Antonio Romero, Julio César Romero and Gabriel Jaime Straight away, and the appeal made to the National March for Justice and Against Impunity, due out on May 5, 2011 in the city of Cuernavaca, Morelos, and come to the Zocalo of Mexico City on Sunday 8 May this year.
Although it is our sincere desire to march beside him in the demand for justice for the victims of this war, we can not go now to Cuernavaca or Mexico City.
But according to our modest capabilities, and in the framework of the national day which bring us together, l @ s indigenous Zapatistas marched in silence in the city of San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, in exercise of our rights constitutional on May 7, 2011. At the end of the march in silence, we say our word in English and our native languages, and then return to our communities, villages and hamlets.
In our silent march will bring banners and posters with messages:
"STOP THE WAR OF CALDERON", "NO MORE BLOOD" and "ARE TO THE MOTHER."
We ask please to convey these words to the family of 49 children dead and 70 injured in the tragedy of ABC Nursery Hermosillo, Sonora, to the worthy Mother of Ciudad Juarez; families and Reyes Le Baron Salazar, a Chihuahua, relatives and friends of the victims of this arrogant war defenders of human rights of nationals and migrants, and tod @ sl @ s convening the National March for Justice and Against Impunity.
Responding to his call to appoint the innocent victims, today named the dead children in the Nursery ABC of Hermosillo, Sonora, who still await justice:

CALL FOR AROUND THE 7 AND 8 MAY

ALL ORGANIZATIONS, GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS OF THE OTHER CAMPAIGN IN MEXICO CITY, MEXICO STATE, in Puebla and Tlaxcala.
ALL GOOD MEN AND WOMEN OF HEART.

Following the cowardly murder of Juan Francisco Ortega Sicilia, Luis Antonio Romero Jaime, Julio César Romero Jaime, Gabriel Alejandro Escalera, a wave of anger and indignation is being built against someone who is supposed to to provide security to the population: the Mexican state. Four years
that Felipe Calderon declared war against organized crime, the picture that is emerging in our country is desolation, death and fear. This war, made to try to gain a legitimacy that has never had, has meant dead and 40 million Mexicans, many of ell @ s @ s baptize with the infamous name of "collateral casualties."
Not only have achieved the objectives of this war, but the landscape that draws is a country under scorched earth.
We can not allow our young @ s remain driven to death.
We can not allow it as a State of Emergency in Mexico.
We can not allow Felipe Calderón continue mourning the homes of thousands of Mexicans s, much @ s de l @ s what we do not know their names.
We can not afford to continue destroying the social fabric of peoples, communities, neighborhoods, schools, families, all key objectives of this war.
We can not allow it to destroy the nation.
For all this and more, the undersigned call on all members of the Other Campaign to mobilize us on Saturday 7th May at 12 noon for a rally at the Benito Juarez Chamber to the following areas:

SOLIDARITY WITH THE AUTONOMOUS MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN COPALA

The organizations, groups and adherents of the other national and international campaign
A democratic and revolutionary organizations
Dear colleagues
This month of May 2011 met 4 years 4 months Triquis that the lower region of Oaxaca decided to end life we had been full of misery, exploitation and death and rise to exercise our rights as indigenous peoples to self determination.

In January 2007 we are successfully Municipality of the first on record in Oaxaca. For nearly 3 years living in peace and quiet, we could restore our community life and our traditions and we are rid of the violence, through subordinate organizations and financed by the government, specifically the Unification Movement and Anti-Party Triqui Unidad Popular (MULT-PUP) and the Social Welfare Unit of the Region Triqui-Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI UBISORT "). So too did it for the reason that our @ s herman @ s @ s were murdered by these paramilitary organizations in the presence of the army or police and there was no justice. Same with the resources down to communities, only the leaders were.

With our remarkable successes, or rather, because of them, soon to use violence against our government, which has never sat with us @ sa discuss our central claim of self-determination as indigenous peoples we express as Autonomy. As in many other occasions, the government is using these two paramilitary organizations to kill more than 35 s comrades, especially through ambushes lying on roads or in places where you will find several people more than a dozen women were raped and about a dozen children (including women) were smite @ s high-caliber bullet. Concrete and more visible if it were the murder of Felicitas Martínez and Teresa Bautista, MULT-PUP paramilitaries in 2008, they acted as radio announcers "The Voice that Breaks the Silence" the Municipality . The attack on the convoy of the paramilitary group UBISORT-PRI on 27 April 2010, in which Beatriz Jyri Jaakkola Honey and killed on their way to San Juan Copala to allow humanitarian aid to it, and I was five months could not provide food the inhabitants. A few weeks later, the leader of the Autonomous Municipality, Timothy Alexander Tleriberta his wife were murdered in their home, also by the MULT-PUP, 20 May 2010.

Finally, and very weak from starvation, no water, no electricity, no telephone service and education, our @ s herman @ s @ s were forced from their homes and belongings, as this population was violently occupied paramilitary groups who warned the comrades s (women, elderly, children and young people) that if they did so would be hanged Burn @ viv @ s @ s.

In this situation where we demonstrated that there is no authority in Mexico to implement and enforce the law in this region of Oaxaca, we appeal to the Interamerican Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), an institution of the OAS that the Mexican government finally issued the request for precautionary measures MC-197-10 that the government safeguard the lives and safety of the inhabitants of the Municipality of San Juan Copala, address the causes of the conflict and provide humanitarian aid to displaced, @ s @ s.

Notwithstanding these precautionary measures during this time the Mexican government has done everything possible to keep protection and impunity to paramilitary groups. Even after the broadcast, the paramilitary and UBISORT MULTI-PUP-PRI, the companion killed Teresa Ramírez, a woman with 3 months of pregnancy was traveling with her husband and 3 children, and were subjected to a brutal ambush.

We were hoping that with the departure of Ulises Ruiz as governor of Oaxaca things to change, and we were wrong. During the government of Ulises Ruiz, the paramilitary group MULT-PUP was in government service, now that has not changed with the government of Gabino Cue.

Because this travesty that the government of Mexico and Oaxaca make to society and the international judicial bodies like the IACHR, the upcoming May 23, 2011 will begin the third Caravan "March of the Color of Blood" , which depart from Oaxaca City to Mexico City.

recognize that once the organizations, groups of below and to the left have managed to give solidarity and support people's struggles. ARE APPLYING FOR THIS MATERIAL RESOURCES THROUGH SOLIDARITY: TRUCK FOR MOVING COMPANIES L @ S @ S @ S MOVE (require about 50 truckloads), ECONOMIC CONTRIBUTIONS (RESOURCES CAN DEPOSIT ACCOUNT NUMBER 629 922 7002, BRANCH 100, Banamex, IN THE NAME OF VICTOR CASTILLO PÉREZ) accompanied, stockpiling supplies (corn, beans, Salt, sugar, dried chilies, milk, oil, soap powder, containers of 20 LTS., WATER, BLANKETS) .

We are at your disposal in the camp for displaced @ s the Municipality of San Juan Copala, (west side of the Catedral Metropolitana, Zocalo, Mexico City) and on the phones and emails are indicated below.

SIEGE commoners Cher, MICHOACAN
Gloria Muñoz Ramírez
Posted in Day on Saturday, April 30, 2011.

Cheran The Indian community in the heart of the Meseta Purépecha of Michoacán, is under siege. Groups of loggers, backed by heavily armed (AK-47) of Capacuaro, and Rancho Santa Cruz Tanac Morelos, remain blocked access to the community, as residents have placed barricades around to protect against attacks that have been victims in recent years, which escalated this week.

Right now no one enters or leaves the community, for fear of being killed or kidnapped by groups that protect the loggers. Last Wednesday was shot to death commoners and Armando Urbina Pedro Hernández Juárez Estrada, just as they tried to peacefully prevent a convoy of vehicles Tanac from attaining its objective of cutting down forests, and plundering the wood, activity carried out systematically since 2008.

The town of Cheran is organized and determined to defend their forests and arable land. Determined also to ensure the safety of its inhabitants and continue planting in the little land they still retain. So far it has been devastated about 80 percent of its forests, while 70 percent of its arable land is abandoned for fear of being attacked at planting.

A delegation of villagers from Cheran who arrived Friday to Mexico City to solicit support Human rights organizations reported that loggers operate in complicity or indifference of the federal, state and local levels, who have done nothing to stop the destruction of its resources.

Before the accumulation of aggressions by the loggers, the April 15 community members decided to start to stop themselves. The straw that broke the camel, they tell the farmers was that they knocked down trees in the spring that historically caters to the community. Since that time the conflict escalated to the point of killing two classmates and one wounded.

Cheran forested areas is a of life for the region, and although the loggers have devoured quickly to profit from pine, oak, oak and fir forests, the villagers defend what little remains of this forest that supplies the rivers Duero, Cupatitzio, Tzarárakua and Lake Patzcuaro .

The situation is untenable. The community needs food relief, because the embargo prevents supply stores. "Our struggle is for the preservation of life" , say the villagers.

Purépecha people RISES AGAINST CRIMINAL
Cher Sick of the murders, extortion , disappearances and kidnappings carried out by organized crime groups linked to La Familia Michoacana past three years, more than 15 thousand inhabitants of Cheran have resorted to self-defense.

High to organized crime , reads a banner on Independence Street, the main town. The fires still burning. Sounding rockets. It's 9:00 am and no change of guards. So communicate because sometimes, when "bad guys" know that there press, cut Internet connections and cell phone. No phone signal.

Sick of the murders, extortions, abductions and kidnappings carried out by organized crime groups linked to La Familia Michoacana past three years, more than 15 thousand inhabitants of Cheran have resorted to self-defense.

last 18 days imposed a "state of siege" . All the streets are covered with logs, rocks, fires and cars. At checkpoints, there are children, women and men armed with sticks, stones, machetes and pipes. "Right now here in all we care. So now we feel safe, but outside of town do we expect " says one resident.

"To all who are in front, the leaders, who complain: the kill. That's why all the people have decided to leave to defend. All we ask is justice. And we will not stay silent, we will fight and if necessary give our lives ", secondary angry a villager.

Cheran is located in the heart Purépecha region of Michoacán, a few miles from Uruapan. To get there, must overcome the roadblocks that in other circumstances surrounding towns have placed loggers trying to prevent the arrival of this community. It is also necessary to enter and leave public transport without attracting the attention of vigilante organized crime.

"Fuera El Guero and The Black" , people screaming in the streets. Guero is Cuitlahuac Hernandez, placed as the leader of a cell Family operating in the Purépecha region and that the directions of Tapacuacho know him as El Chivo . Since childhood, according to testimony, was devoted to the cultivation of marijuana and began to steal, "but no one stopped" .

El Guero now traveling in a beige Cheyenne truck, escorted by armed men. He lives in Rancho Seco Morelos. "All I know, even the authorities, but no one touches. The government and drug traffickers have allied and we are up to the mother " says one of those charged with first catch on the side of Uruapan, with ax. The Black is

Chapina Roberto Bautista, the mayor of Cheran, extraction PRI, whom they accuse of not doing enough to maintain security. For this situation, two years ago the city government is almost dissolved and the mayor dispatched entrenched in their offices. They say busy to grant an interview.

POLICE IGNORED

According to the testimonies of merchants, in the few shops that remain open and tortilla, extortion came to 10 pesos a month. In addition, organized crime carried out kidnappings and charged for protection, entered the village armed trucks and police did nothing, they say.

The Army, Navy and Federal Police do not patrol here despite calls that I have done, say the villagers. In the main square, neighbors have an altar in memory of the nine people have been killed in defense of this population and loggers destroying the forests that are protected by organized crime groups.

front of the church has mounted an exhibition of photographs of the community and the forest, before and after the arrival of the loggers and organized crime, and have signs that say: "Cheran requires the presence of Army. "

"We want no more missing or more murders. We want everyone to return to our work and schools. We have lost the security that the state should provide us. Where is the president and the government ", says a woman at a rally.

Cheran has about 16 000 inhabitants according to INEGI, but villagers say they are more than 20 thousand, because there are many who have migrated to the United States. That

migrant community, which called "the little ones Shariah" , funded in part this resistance movement, they send money and supplies, and a bilingual website (micheran.com) upload videos and information about the problem.

"Organized crime has infiltrated all the villages near Cheran, even here there are hawks. We have no guarantee of safety. So we asked the president to give us security, please send the Army, Navy, Federal Police but have not sent anyone ", insists one of the leaders.

municipal police patrol is prohibited and has been dissolved, as are those who claim that protect organized crime and illegal loggers. Now each of the four quarters in Cheran has its own police force that monitors public streets.

Cher GUN CRIME

Rogelio Arellano / Correspondent La Voz de Michoacán

Cher, Mich., April 27, 2011 .- With barricades bags sand and masked men armed with rifles, pistols and machetes, remain blocked access to Cheran, while in the center of town, the residents are prepared to ensure the two killed in the town square. Voltage
live in the east point of the plateau where you are recording the confrontation between community by excessive logging of the forest.
Comuneros Cheran, Michoacan. declared "state of armed insurrection against the organized crime" , after the death of two residents of this town, who were killed on Wednesday at the hands of several armed men acting as escorts for another group of loggers. These
events triggered the closure of the main outputs and inputs of this population through roadblocks manned by armed, waiting for the Federal and State governments to send contingents of police to ensure the safety of this county.
To prevent the incursion "the enemy" , these barricades also serve as security filters through detailed review of private and commercial vehicles, while in the main square watched the two deceased identified as Pedro Juarez Urbina, Armando Hernandez Estrada, both about 45 years of age, who were declared "fellow died in the quest for freedom and justice ", said one of the commissioners to serve this media.
was stated that the escalation of violence started on 16 this month when five loggers Capacuaro community, municipality of Uruapan, were held by his incessant activity of looting. That day they burned two trucks and prevented them were rescued by an armed group, placing barricades in the streets of this town and even fired their weapons wounded a man shot in the face.
In response, residents of Capacuaro also proceeded to block roads, especially on the road Carapan-Playa Azul-slice Paracho, Uruapan and even proceeded to hold four people from Cher to proceed with the exchange of hostages, which occurred on Friday via the State Government and City of Uruapan.
that day the commitment was also to have police presence in Cheran, but that never happened last Tuesday morning, residents here staged a protest in the city of Morelia with the caveat that official indolence create this crisis new acts of violence. The latter
met yesterday with the killing of two villagers, who like other students went to that place but they were received dead by armed group guarding other strangers who were clearing trees, precisely the property "Burning Bridge" about five miles north of this town on the road to Carapan.
Other villagers of this place, who were armed, fired and in the middle of the fray rescued the bodies of their comrades "fallen" , while others requested the help of state police and shifted to the neighboring municipality of Nahuatzen close . "Neither the Attorney General, or those cops ignored us, they never" , a villager said the group supported by the committee liaison with the media. Given this
state of helplessness, by agreement of the community, through consensus in the four quarters, it was decided to organize to ensure the safety of people and placed barricades on the main outputs as well as many others within this area , all guarded by armed men from rifles to pistols, machetes and sticks.
According to members of the committee, it is a "armed insurgency against organized crime" to the indolence of the state and federal authorities. "There is anger, anger, fear, fear, anger, but mostly the feeling of humiliation by the authorities to decide which face our own ".
noted that "it is the responsibility of government bodies the consequences of renewed fighting by his lack of support. It was a long time we expect the help and today are the consequences of failing to send police. We are disappointed, but not trampled on again and wait for it to happen again, we decided to defend ".
Given this inability of the authorities of the three levels of government, they said, there have been other voices of support for civil society, but organized groups of migrants who live in the United States. "They -the - migrants may be able to do more than governments that organized crime respected civil society ".

SUPPORT THE FIGHT OF CHERANENSES

THE DEFENDERS OF HUMAN RIGHTS
INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES IN THE COUNTRY
TO MEDIA
TO THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL

On 15 April, villagers and residents of San Francisco Cheran stopped trucks laden with wood, as usual, came down from the forest illegal loggers community neighboring communities Tanac, Rancho Seco and Capacuaro (approximately 20 000 hectares of forest have been devastated by illegal logging). From that day began a confrontation between villagers and loggers Cheran, the latter managed high caliber weapons that are explained only with links to organized crime. Although it appears that the government is also related to the defense of these loggers, because not only has not received government support to the requests for more than three years have been made, but now continues to favor their impunity to stay out of the situation, although the governor already manifest case basis. Although demonstrations have been made as of Friday April 29 with over a thousand villagers in the city of Morelia.
This situation is not new, are performing similar events since 2008, when in May of that year killed the former mayor Leopoldo Juarez. At that time the community was manifested against the elected mayor and criticized other arbitrary, of course, illegal logging and appeared among the complaints. In April last year killed Gembe Hilario, brother Communal Property Representative, Javier Gembe, then he and his family left the community, to date no one knows them. This year they have seized five villagers, including Armando Avila and Rafael García Rafael Geronimo, secretary and treasurer of the communal land, it is not clear any event.
Also in 2007, during the elections of candidates for municipal office, an internal conflict arises in the PRD, as the elected candidate was not recognized by the majority of voters, this led to a split in the community. Thus, the PRI candidate won the election and was unknown to the people, added to which he was charged with the murder of Leopoldo Juarez. After several months of demonstrations and the making of the municipal council, was dispersed movement. However, these authorities were in a state of illegitimacy for most of the Cheran population, so that the state of lawlessness has prevailed in the town. Added to this are the attacks against the commissioner of the communal land, which has received over the years to defend their forests.
has not only been murders and disappearances of authorities and community, but constantly and community members have received threats and attacks by loggers. The Communal Property Committee has repeatedly called for the state government intervention in solving the problem of illegal logging and forest fires (caused by any criminal loggers), as well as insecurity, but the government indifference remains constant until today.
The regional impact of the current situation in Cheran has already been felt in other affected municipalities to see the influx of tourists, as the Meseta Purépecha is offering quality sites and traditions that attract tourism and provide economic life to the area and the country as part of the indigenous peoples who still maintain their traditions and defend territories. Cheran these traditions have been undermined by the conflict.
On Wednesday 27 April last shots were fired at villagers Cheran by loggers, injuring two adults and killed Armando Hernandez Estrada, 35, and Pedro Juarez Urbina, 45, the latter brother of former mayor assassinated in 2008.
Coincidentally, the cell phone signal has been failing continuously, the facilities are running out of food and the community is virtually under siege by loggers of Capacuaro and Santa Cruz Tanac and by the ill intentioned and that few local news have spread.
statements are ambiguous and state authorities focus more on giving quiet to "assumptions" that the media are doing rather than a real solution to the conflict. A dialogue process begun 15 days of road blocks, as proposed by the state government, and a proposal to seek livelihood alternatives to timber loggers, as mentioned by Deputy Gabriela Molina, the solution is not immediately expected in Cheran. This is a problem of social security, defense of territories, justice for indigenous communities of Cheran.
The commoner and seeking the assistance of federal and state government to ensure the safety of local and regional population, and return peace and governance in their territories. It demands justice for all human rights violations that have occurred in recent years both by local residents as neighbors to the community. This is a fundamental problem that must be addressed with seriousness and commitment by authorities and national and local residents. We
-public denunciation of the crimes committed against the villagers and the forest of Cheran.
"We demand the investigation of the murders in the township.
-demand response from local authorities and state and respect for the DH population of Cheran.
"This is not the voice of one, is the cry of the people who say" enough. "

POLICY STATEMENT
NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE NATIONAL NETWORK OF RESISTANCE AGAINST HIGH ELECTRICITY RATES
MEXICO CITY, 1 May 2011
INTERNATIONAL WORKERS DAY

REMEMBERING THE MARTYRS OF CHICAGO, Cananea, RIO BLANCO, PASTA SHELLS AND ALL THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN KILLED BY THE REPRESSION OF GOVERNMENT AND BUSINESS IN THE GLOBAL CAPITALISM.
During the April 30 and May 1 this year, meeting in Mexico City, DF, members of the National Civil Resistance against High Electric Rates, from the states of Campeche, Chiapas, Oaxaca, Veracruz, Distrito Federal, Chihuahua State of Mexico and declare: That the policy
federal government headed by Felipe Calderon Hinojosa and the various state governments, emphasizing increasing privatization of electric power, energy resources and diverse natural resources, as well as dismissal of workers and generating high levels of unemployment, marginalization and migration of peasants, indigenous peoples and youth.
That the model which we live is tax and benefits only the large national employers and foreigners, that promotes the dismantling of the nation state and our community lives. Examples include reforms to the Federal Labor Law that affects millions of workers in our country a loss of labor and union rights, leaving them defenseless against employer abuses, is the initiative of the National Security Act that legalized the criminalization of social struggles and are opposed to our right to demonstrate, by giving more power to the army and the president of the republic to suppress peaceful demonstrations and eavesdropping "suspects" that endanger national security, among other things .
The Mexican population is submerged in a wave of violence promoted by the state through various repressive apparatus (army, navy, federal police and various police forces), using the pretext of combating drug trafficking, when it is widely documented that traffickers are in governments both federal, state and city, so your statement is hypocritical, since the blood that bathes the country with more than 40 million Mexicans killed, is mostly of the poor. Operation Fast and Furious, shows that it is a war that benefits the United States arms sales through the Merida Initiative where none of the dead last name Calderon Hinojosa, Sahagun, Fox, Gortari, Creel, Fernandez, Ceballos, Slim, Azcarraga, Zambrano, Obama or Bush. In this war the Mexican government puts the money, U.S. weapons and the Mexican people, the dead. With this pretext, criminalize people's social struggles.

light of the above, declare the following: • A high
the process of privatization of the electric industry, utilities, natural resources and the high cost of living promoted by the neoliberal economic model of capitalist bad governments.
• An end to repression especially the victims we are all we have undertaken a struggle against the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) and high tariffs.
• We demand the immediate cancellation of all claims and legal proceedings hanging over members of our movement in Campeche, Chiapas, Chihuahua, Oaxaca and Veracruz.
• Failure to install digital meters and the electronic purse of the CFE, which seek to determine, as their purchasing power, the right of citizens to electricity.
• Against the installation, through deception and without consultation by CFE satellite control boxes (heat-) through which switched off the electricity at a distance. She reported that on Sunday May 1st our colleagues in the Nahua community of Juarez Tatahuicapan Resistance in Southern Veracruz, organized by switching off the equipment and denounced in advance any attempt to retaliate against our comrades who have the support of the entire national network.
• Immediate Release @ s tod @ sl @ s Pres @ s Polític the country and especially the 12 partners of the Mexican Union of Electricians and return to their jobs to 16.599 that union workers in struggle.
• Support for the National Assembly Power User also struggling against high rates and added to non-payment of electricity to the CFE
• Stop the widespread violence and promoted by the Mexican State in the service of interests alien to our people.
• Solidarity with the peace movement led by poet and friend Javier Sicilia.
• Clarification and punish the masterminds and perpetrators of political assassination of the leader of the Frente Campesino Independiente "October 19", Armando García Jiménez, happened last April 5 in Candelaria, Campeche.
• Justice and for our partners and Betty Darling Jyri Jaakkola, victims of paramilitary UBISORT-PRI militants led and protected by the former governor, Ulises Ruiz Ortiz.
Likewise we call on the people of Mexico:
• who do not pay the bills to the Federal Electricity Commission, because the government has to understand that we do not agree with the high fees and authoritarian and inefficient administration service by the CFE.
• Joining the national campaign against violence will take place from 5 to 8 May in the whole country and will have its best expressions in the Zapatista march on May 7 in San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas and Cuernavaca progress, Morelos to Mexico City to head the companion and poet Javier Sicilia.
• Joining from bottom left, respecting our differences and strengthen our matches against the capitalist system of government and strengthen all the control processes that are unleashed in our country.

THOUSANDS MARCH IN MEXICO CITY ON MAY 5. ARE mobilized in a dozen cities.
NO MORE BLOOD FOR MONEY!
NATIONAL POLICY STATEMENT

We, us, women and men, rural and city of 14 states in the country of 20 indigenous organizations, popular, peasant, sex workers, fishermen, villagers, academics, youth and students, free media, alternative Community or carriers, street vendors, landholders, community members and neighbors, who have begun a process of joint and national organization, against the bad government and the market in favor of life, Mother Earth and protection of natural assets sharing the construction of autonomy and the struggle for a dignified life, we express our word

1 . Mexico is at war. Spilled blood for money. It's a war on drug markets that compete with each other territory, profits and power. It's a drug war where all the Mexicans know, involved with their interests in the profits involved, important sectors of the state. A war where people have been in the midst of bullets. While above it gains control, power and war is used politically to partisan interests, put down the dead. While the side of the drug business is the distribution of earnings below killings and fear spread. State, government, army, police and drug entrepreneurs point and shoot each other and themselves, but those fall are young people, families, disappeared, the people themselves. State actions are confused with the military actions which in turn mix with the police actions that, once again confused, but with the actions of the crime. The ambition of the money has gone mad. Drug trafficking is only one of the most extreme of capitalism and omen of where this road leads us money, power and war is the system we live. But remember that is above all an endless race for more money, followed by an endless war of violence and death, a network of criminal markets in drugs, arms and migrant trafficking, extortion and more. While not finish the race Money's death will not stop the war. That is why the Army should return to barracks. Must be an end to militarization. Must stop the root causes of these vast networks of illegal market. Like any other war for money must stop!, Organize and organize, raise your voice and hands to shout
NO MORE BLOOD FOR MONEY!
NO MORE BLOOD FOR POWER!
STOP VIOLENCE AGAINST THE PEOPLE!
2. The blood of thousands of other war dead hidden, silent, you go on Mexican territory. It is a war of occupation, which is shown face of multinational corporations. On one side of that war, come extractive companies that want the water, minerals, forests, energy, land, seeds, our food, to make them good, profit, money. On that side, the Mexican state and governments of all parties, regardless of ideology or color, take care that the winners are foreign companies, or even a Mexican national who behaves as foreign merchant. Their weapons as well as violence that robs people, neighborhoods and communities, is a lie: he is called development plans gain, named ecotourism devastating privatization, they call to attract investment auction of Mexican territory, he called sustainable or green sustainable trade in natural resources, which only leaves death, pollution, destruction and plunder. On the other side of this war, the people, neighborhoods and communities are resisting the state and enterprises. The task before this war of occupation is an emergency: surviving the last protecting rivers, ponds, lakes, biodiversity and ecosystems. Hand block of money and ambition of power, derailing plans and projects that destroy cultures, territories and nature. But it is increasingly urgent need to organize from each community food sovereignty, from every region, protection and preservation natural properties of the commons, manage your care from us and us down, and leave them to the market or the state to condemn land to his mother's death. The task is to preserve the sovereignty fighting the invaders at the border that saw anti-drug police and our communities wears construction company, quarrying, energy.
DEFEND THE TERRITORY!
DEFENDING MOTHER EARTH AND NATURAL PROPERTIES!

3. Unemployment, migration, poverty, destruction of the countryside and the last job, but the lies of the political class combined the war of terror that Felipe Calderon has set a million have been frozen. The moment that the country is dark, bleak. It is also hard for those who have collectively decided to organize and fight. Since the failed attempts to revive the Parota dam in Guerrero, so gross and illegal plunder against ejidatarios Tláhuac by the Government of the Federal District, from the highways that destroyed dozens of communities known as arc north and west in Puebla, to the illegal action of Minera San Xavier to San Luis Potosi, from the raids and beatings against sex workers in Mexico City, to violence against the people Triqui and judicial harassment which still against members of Radio Ñomndaa in Guerrero. In Chiapas, Juan Sabines led government implemented an aggressive enforcement policy through the imprisonment of many members of indigenous organizations and communities. While the speeches from the governor denies the persecution and repression, now the jails are filled to control and dismantle those struggling independently and organized. While the governor spoke of the reduction of poverty, out tickets to control and coopt while isolating those who rebel in dignity and refuse to be controlled. In the coastal area of \u200b\u200bChiapas, continue the persecution and criminalization of the members of the Autonomous Council Regional Coastal Zone of Chiapas, who promoted the fight against high electricity rates. Turn against them arrest warrants and prosecute the conflict as a state response.
HIGH TO HARASSMENT OF INDEPENDENT MEMBERS OF THE REGIONAL COUNCIL AREA COSTA DE CHIAPAS!
STOP THE REPRESSION AGAINST THE SOCIAL MOVEMENTS IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY!
4. That is why from various parts of the country, we have taken to the streets in protest against the bad government, the demand to stop the violence against the people, stop the repression and defense of sovereignty and territory. Today or in the coming days we are moving in Baja California, Chiapas (Pijijiapan and the border area), Coahuila (Torreón), Guadalajara, Guanajuato (San Miguel Allende, Salamanca, Irapuato, Celaya), Guerrero, Monterrey, Nayarit, Puebla and in Mexico City. From all these places are saying:
MOTHER ARE UP!
5. Today, the movement represented in the figure of the poet Javier Sicilia, but thousands more like him have lost a relative, a friend, a son, has come up to Mexico City. We greet with respect the national march for justice and against impunity. In our opinion and with our forces, we have participated from our places, communities and localities. We welcome this worthy effort for justice which is also ours. We hope that the voice that emerges from these days eschews violence of money and have the political class know that we are up to the mother to behave as if they were in the middle of a war, as if there were thousands of deaths. You hear that we are to use their mother police to silence people and communities but to protect businesses and people's money. We're up to the mother of an unworthy manner as the country collapses, they continue their bickering, between banks, between parties and within their parties. We're up to the mother of the media to present the arguments of the above as important and bombastic, while down there is death, plunder and destruction. Not only are we up to the mother of his corruption, ineffectiveness, of their ineptitude. We are up to the mother of a few, alleged representatives of the people, decide on our lives, lands, our lands and works, on our word and our actions. But we are also mother to tell us that we wait until the next election, a person or party will meet and decide for everyone. They say they are the ones who will solve the problem, when they are the problem. We, us, we say that no. That no more. We can not depend on them. It is therefore urgent need to organize and organize. Not enough to our local projects and processes, because sooner or later will the companies or the police or governments will try to thwart what painstakingly built from below. It's time to package it again. It's time to reorganize to stop violence and war. It is time to strengthen the blockade against the destruction of mother earth. It's time to boycott the money lords. It is urgent to build autonomy, popular power from below, self-organization. It's time to fight and raise our voices and say
MOTHER ARE UP!
HIGH VIOLENCE AGAINST THE PEOPLE!
death to bad government!
LIVE THE INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES IN RESISTANCE!
LIVE THE PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS IN THE FIGHT!
