Back Spasms Treatment

A history of Project Management "multitasking"

few days ago, a book on law " Project Management" and it contained some stories and reflections that invite analysis in the manner in which we manage a portfolio of projects and activities that are required to achieve their goals. I wanted to share this story with the community.

A tale of three projects Aiden.

I'm sitting at my desk, completely paralyzed. I have three projects to be completed quickly. Every time I start with one, someone interrupts me with a question about the other two, I can not escape the people, anywhere in a cafeteria, meeting room, etc. My manager came in the morning to say that the first draft and have to run!, Then came after lunch to tell me that the second project must also do !!!!; and stopped working on the first, and started the second, then I said at the end of the day I had to finish third. No I can decide what to do first. What is the point of working on these projects, the only going to pass by to tell me to finish anything. Perhaps work on my resume or play solo .

want people this excited about working in an organization?. That's part of creating a great working environment. continuous Multitasking not only prevents people from becoming stagnant, but also creates poor morale.
