FUNDALEX creates space for freedom of expression

The Foundation for Freedom of Expression in conjunction with the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ, for its acronym in English) program and the Knight International Journalism Journalism Fellowships, officially launched the Clinic Access to Information and Freedom of Expression (CAIPLEX) as a tool for journalism.
The virtual office designed by Benjamin Fernandez Bogart and directed by Perla Gómez Gallardo, is used as a space for consultation, opinion and debate on these two interrelated aspects of the right to information and freedom of expression.
The CAIPLEX provide answers to those interested in both subjects across the Web address www.caiplex.org
Through this portal, Dr. Gómez Gallardo offers advice to defend the rights of journalists and guide them in their search for truth. It will seek concrete solutions to practical problems presented by colleagues and open a space for dialogue to encourage participation of all members of the journalistic community in Mexico.
in this space will find the publications of interest in the issues of media law in the areas of freedom of expression and the right of access to public information. It aims to bring interest in leading edge topics to present itself as relevant publications on the subject.
