introductory talk on BPMN to model processes at the University Central de Venezuela

few days ago, I had the privilege of sharing with students of the Universidad Central de Venezuela, the importance of process modeling as a tool for continuous improvement and decision making in organizations. I want to share with the community as a submission that makes ordinary people, which it considers vital for the country, the adoption of these technologies.

thank Mayerling Marquez Professor of the Faculty of Science, UCV, for their initiative, an initiative that seeks to encourage, promote, engage, and encourage students to discover, new areas and tools he has found in his future workforce.

How To Hang Curtains On A Corner

Aleida Thanks ... where you go we will be indispensable

Mexico City April 14, 2010.

Dear friends:

As many of you know, on 1 March this year I was appointed as Director of Legislation and Law Program at the World Communication Association Community Radio for Latin America and the Caribbean for the next three years, this adds to my current role as Global Vice President, which will end in November this year.

The Directors of the program took me to work on legislation as it did in Mexico, but now with 16 countries in the region, this is one of the reasons why from my leave April 16 Coordinator functions as the office of AMARC Mexico, and also because it holds for me a duty cycle in the country at the forefront of the national network of community radio, first as a National Representative and later as Coordinator the Office for nearly 9 years.

During that time I had the great opportunity to work with community radios and to represent them in the fierce battles for obtaining permission, now there are 17 licenses, and to strengthen a national network that would present the issues freedom of expression and democratization of the media, have been difficult times, yet it was possible to endure every time I went to each radio. Its people, their word and hope were the key driver to continue this struggle.

On the way I had the great fortune of meeting with organizations, academics, intellectuals, agencies and media in which I found understanding and solidarity for the cause of the community. As at the time I wrote in the book "Excuse me, I keep thinking what would be the best way to thank each and every one of the people who accompanied us, supported and lived together with us our anger and anxieties, hesitations and determinations. I make a box and cut it with anything that I can not compensate them for the solidarity and sensitivity to warmer night, give us light, history, intelligence. Thanks to each of you by name and give us visibility, critical inquiry that more than once made us rethink the steps. Thanks for on the road found the honest warmth of his friendship, his advice and huge heart.

close this cycle with a great satisfaction, managing the office in my charge will be delivered this coming April 16 at Maria Eugenia Chavez Fonseca, a member of the national historical and the National Working Committee, the companion to appreciation and respect and that has accompanied the processes of the radios during all this time and is recognized for his advocacy for the rights of women. I'm sure you will open the doors, as they did in their time with me.

Shortly we will be sending an invitation to a public event on 30 April, to accompany us to the change of baton, and hopefully we can have the fortune of his presence.

For my part I will continue to accompany Mexican processes, but now from the Legislation Programme, here at home, my emails and mobile will remain the same, just change my office with phone: 56 59 48 Starting Monday 37 to April 26.

So that I can only reiterate my thanks to the support and assistance of my administration and I am at your service, because in these ways we will undoubtedly find us.

A big hug

Aleida Calleja.
