ITIL and BPMN: An example of process modeling

Currently, I have been driven using BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) as a graphical notation process modeling in the institution where I work. Product of this work, we are currently using this notation to automate processes related to the disciplines of incidents and problems of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).

Our ultimate objective is the specification of services fine-grained, coarse (Orchestration: BPEL) and decision (BRE). to automate the processes involved. The process has been modeled with a holistic view, however, it is likely that this model can be divided into smaller pieces that respond to different modeling perspectives. I want to share with the modeling work done in collaboration with interns and process analyst in our organization.

A) Preliminary Process Modeling with BPMN.

B) process with the use of intermediate events.

C) Process which identifies the possible services.
